Today was a fine day for entertainment. First, I got a long long walk, which of course went through the mall. I get to choose, after all, and that's where all the people were today. We stopped at Lush, the most dog-friendly store at Hilldale, and I got to be the greeter for a while. You'd think a store like that would be hard for a dog with my fine discerning nose, since there are so many smells in there, but no. It all works, and besides, everybody pays attention to me, and that's much more important than smells. Other people at the mall noticed me too, of course. Black Friday is for putting lots of people in a place where they can see me, right? And then this afternoon I went to play with Shadow the kitten. Visiting his house is fun, and he likes me, even if he shows it like a cat. That means he's always reaching out to swat me with his tiny cat feet. He thinks he's tough. It's cute.
